My LOVE for food began at a very young age…I have very fond memories of me on my step stool in the kitchen taking in all the lessons my mother was teaching me. I never knew she was setting me up for greatness. My mother whose roots are from Shreveport Louisiana was my greatest inspiration in the kitchen and out. My mother inspired me so much with her Creole/Cajun flare.

Over the years, I have developed my own style of cooking but of course, my mother’s style is sprinkled throughout my dishes.

I love seeing all the smiles and the good feeling my food brings to so many faces.

I have a great passion for food & love to see people eat with their eyes, sense of smell, and then their palate.

Only at Ellie’s is a culinary experience that will have you coming back for more and your last visit will be like your first. That is the greatness Only at Ellie’s strives for.
